• Reach 5,000 in cumulative purchases to unlock a permanent 10% discount.

• Reach 10,000 in cumulative purchases to unlock an enhanced permanent 15% discount.

Important Operational Details:

• Purchase Tracking: Your cumulative purchase total is calculated based on the net value of completed and fulfilled orders. The total is updated after an order is successfully delivered and closed, not at the moment of checkout.

• Adjustments & Returns: To ensure fairness and accuracy, our support team reserves the right to review and adjust your qualifying purchase total based on your order history, including processing returns or cancellations. Your final loyalty status and discount are applied based on the net spent amount.
